Delete your HÜDDAM account
You can delete your HÜDDAM online account and all its characters in two ways:
- In the game: Settings → Online → Delete online account.
- On the web, without the app: open the deletion page (Turkish) and verify with your e-mail and password, your linked Google account, or a one-time deletion link generated in the game.
After the request your account is closed and all sessions end immediately. The account waits 30 days; you can cancel by signing in to the game during that time. After 30 days it is permanently deleted.
What is deleted / kept
- Deleted after 30 days: account, linked identities (device, Google, recovery code), characters, cloud saves and their history, inventory, currency, ad reward records, friend/block lists, guild membership.
- Anonymised, not deleted: economy transaction ledger and market sale records (needed for economy auditing and cheat detection); report and sanction records (your identity is removed).
- Expire automatically: server logs (max. 14 days, IP partially masked), backups ([YEDEK SAKLAMA SÜRESİ]).
- Not affected: offline saves and settings stored only on your phone (remove them by uninstalling the app or clearing its data); advertising data held by Google (manage it via Android ad settings and your Google account).
If you can no longer access your e-mail address (cannot reset your password) and never linked Google, we cannot verify ownership and therefore cannot delete the account on request; nobody can sign in to it any more. Questions: [E-POSTA].
